Some products have been exclusively designed, developed and manufactured by Everharp-ChangCo / Eversharp Pro Inc.  Replication or duplication of these products may result in legal action from Everharp-ChangCo / Eversharp Pro Inc.

Everharp-ChangCo / Eversharp Pro Inc. intends, in all cases, to maintain the professional and legal privilege of its intellectual property which may include, for example, trademarks, prototypes, data, know-how, formulae, processes, designs, sketches, photographs, plans, drawings, specifications, samples, reports, customer lists, e-mails, manufacturers, suppliers/contacts, price lists, studies, findings, inventions or ideas but is not limited to these items.
